    • Further method to maintain voice records and audit trails using email or .wav format for storage and retrieval.
  • Call Whisper
    • Facility by which the call centre operative is advised on how best to deal / answer with the call. This is a valuable feature if the operative is answering calls for multiple departments or organisations as it advises how the call should be answered – this provides a more individual and effective response which the call will receive.
