Hours of work
9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.00pm Fridays

Depending on relevant qualifications and experience

Job Brief
Completing full HR responsibilities of the company, including overseeing all processes and policies to make sure they are fair for all employees.

Main Duties

  • Assisting with recruiting and staffing, such as sitting in on interviews
  • Assisting with writing job descriptions to attract quality candidates
  • Managing performance of current employees
  • Generating reports and data to quantify performance and skills
  • Developing and implementing new processes to help the organisation offer a better workplace for staff
  • Assisting with employee discipline
  • Offering orientation and other aspects of new employee onboarding
  • Overseeing and scheduling employee counselling and other services
  • Overseeing compliance requirements
  • Following up on performance concerns and disciplinary action with staff members

Essential Skills & Expereince

  • considerable experience working in various HR roles
  • excellent working knowledge of employment legislation
  • a solutions-driven approach to business

  • good influencing skills and a confident communicator
  • an ability to make sound business decisions
  • an aptitude for motivating staff
  • tenacity and drive to deal with a demanding workload


HND, Degree or postgraduate qualification in human resources management
