Process incoming orders to the department, ensuring they are complete and accurate within the guidelines of the product set ordered.
Datasharp is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic new colleague to join our Team as a Network Services Project Administrator. Your main role will be to process and manage new orders for services and products through to completion across our portfolio of products.
Your other key responsibilities will include; ensuring orders are processed accurately within the guidelines of the product set ordered, communicate with the sales teams and our customers, ensure all necessary information is collated and correct, validating charges and applying these to customer accounts to provide accurate billing, placing orders with our suppliers, administrative tasks required in support of the large customer base and any other tasks or project that may be required from time to time. You will also report, record and monitor progress of faults on behalf of our customers with the relevant supplier, utilising all systems and online tools as provided.
