Tier 3 IT Engineer

Main Duties


Hours of work
9am to 5.30pm Monday to Fridays


  • £25, 000 – £30, 000+ per annum (Depending on relevant qualifications & experience)
  • Paid overtime with rate enhancements and full TOIL (Time Off In Lieu)
  • Opportunity to qualify with the companies sponsored training package in Microsoft MCSA/MCSE in the latest server platform.

Job Brief
To provide remote and on-site support to Datasharp customers. Respond and resolve escalated 1st line tickets.

Main Duties

Working in the fast paced IT Support and telecommunications industry you will need to be proactive and a fast learner. A technical background in IT is essential.

  • Provide remote & on-site support to Datasharp customers
  • Resolve escalated tickets
  • Provide support and training to Tier One & Tier Two IT engineers
  • Survey, design and implement solutions for new and existing Datasharp Customers
  • Proactively seek to improve personal IT knowledge and certifications

  • Azure cloud solutions
  • SQL Server 2012 and above
  • Cisco qualifications
  • Experience working for an MSP (Managed Service Provider)


  • Recent MCP Server qualifications
