9am to 5.30pm Monday to Fridays

Depending on relevant qualifications and experience

Job Brief
To provide remote and on-site support to Datasharp customers. Respond and resolve escalated 1st line tickets.

Main Duties

Working in the fast paced IT Support and telecommunications industry you will need to be proactive and a fast learner. A technical background in IT isĀ essential.

  • Provide remote & on-site support to Datasharp customers
  • Resolve escalated tickets
  • Provide support and training to Tier 1 & 2 engineers
  • Survey and design solutions for new and existing Datasharp Customers
  • Proactively seek to improve personal IT knowledge and certifications

  • Office 365 configuration and migration
  • Excellent network diagnostic knowledge
  • Excellent server platform knowledge
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Azure cloud solutions
  • SQL Server 2012 and above
  • Cisco qualifications


  • Recent MCP Server qualifications
