Hours of work
9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
£15,000 – £20,000 depending on relevant qualifications & experience.
Paid overtime with rate enhancements and full TOIL (Time off in lieu).
On-site training package provided.
Handling customer calls and escalation of issues to suppliers.
Working with our customers to resolve issues over the phone and on-site if necessary.
Working in the fast-paced IT Support and telecommunications industry you will need to be proactive and a fast learner.
