9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm Friday
The Network Services department provides fixed BT lines and calls, broadband, SIP trunks, Hosted Telephony and Ethernet Solutions to meet the needs of Datasharp’s business customers in this exciting and fast paced industry. Network Services also provides sales advice, customer account administration, billing and some technical support.
£15,000 to £20,000 dependent on relevant qualifications and experience.
Datasharp is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic new colleague to join our Team as a Network Services Project Administrator. Your main role will be to process and manage new orders for services and products through to completion across our portfolio of products. Your other key responsibilities will include; ensuring orders are processed accurately within the guidelines of the product set ordered, communicating with the sales teams and our customers, ensuring all necessary information is collated and correct, validating charges and applying these to customer accounts to provide accurate billing, placing orders with our suppliers, administrative tasks required in support of the large customer base and any other tasks or project that may be required from time to time.
You will also report, record and monitor progress of faults on behalf of our customers with the relevant supplier, utilising all systems and online tools as provided.
Applicants should have 4 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent including English and Maths and be able to demonstrate experience of working in an office environment.
