9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
£25,000 – £30,000+ Salary is negotiable, depending on relevant qualifications & experience.
Paid overtime with rate enhancements and full TOIL (Time off in lieu)

To provide escalated support to IT customers, assist in the design and planning of new installations, provide support and training to first and second line support engineers and customers.
Working in the fast paced IT support and telecommunications industry you will need to be proactive and a fast learner. A technical background in IT is essential.
