Highly successful Cornish company Mitchell and Webber are no stranger to technology with their fleet of vehicles equipped with the latest computer tablet technology and a storage depot that boasts top of the range equipment exceeding all environmental, health and safety standards.
Recent weeks have seen a successful implementation of the latest voice technology into their business. Robert Weedon, Managing Director Mitchell and Webber, commented,“The migration to upgrade our legacy Siemens telephone system to the latest Unified Communications platform was a logical step for us. We are keen to stay at the forefront of technology and have always been guided by Datasharp and their team of experts. This cost effective transition made fluid by Datasharp, who we have been working closely with for over 30 years, proved to be an excellent decision. The benefits have been seen immediately within our business – such as SIP trunks and the ability to manage our calls in a more efficient manner. This ensures our customers calls can be answered by our dedicated support team, anywhere at any time! We are no longer inhibited by the weather as Datasharp have supplied us with a solution that is highly adaptable so our team has greater flexibility. A great operations decision for our business and our customers!”
Nicola Venter, Operations Manager for Datasharp UK Limited, commented “It’s an exciting time to be in this industry as the latest voice technology has such a huge impact on the way businesses operate. At Datasharp, we are proud to be Cornwall’s largest independent supplier of business telephone systems and networks and invest heavily in research and training to remain at the forefront of technology. We were delighted to be able to provide such a well-respected Cornish company, Mitchell and Webber, with the latest technology and functionality by simply upgrading their software negating the need to replace the whole system. Importantly this kept both disruption and costs for our customer down to a minimum. I would strongly advise any business to talk to us about how unified communications and technology can help their business, increase productivity and save them money.”
With colder winters and an increasing demand on oil Mitchell and Webber take their customer service seriously and know they have to keep ahead of the game regarding communications. Robert Weedon added, “We have been delighted and impressed, but not surprised, by Datasharp’s solution and customer care. Over our 30 year relationship they have consistently proved to be an exceptional supplier and we would highly recommend any business to work with them if they want the very best in communications.”
