We are feeling very proud of our staff and rightly so! Over the last year, several members of our team have taken part in ‘£4lb club’ to help raise money for a local charity – Children’s Hospice South West for Little Harbour.
For every lb lost we donated a £ towards Little Harbour and for every lb gained the team member put a £1 towards the charity. Either way a win-win situation for the Little Harbour!
Over the course of the year we collectively lost 62lb’s but more importantly raised a grand total of £928.00 for Little Harbour.
Bernadette Thoreau from Hospice South West even popped into the office to receive the larger than life cheque. Bernadette had this to say; “Thank you so much to Datasharp, the ‘£4lb’ is a fantastic fund raising idea and the money raised will help us continue our work of looking after local families with a child with a life limiting condition at our new children’s hospice, Little Harbour.”
Pam Croydon, the £4lb team leader said; “We are so delighted to have raised this much money for Little Harbour. Losing the weight has just been an added bonus!”
